“Simply baked were incredible with helping to plan our wedding cake, we went totally untraditional with a large pastel coloured, multi flavoured maracoon tower. All our guests loved the tower. It was set beautifully and we were provided with a sweet little menu informing our guests of the flavours. Josie thought of everything and made our wedding so relaxed. Couldn’t recommend her enough.”
“Can I just start by saying omg!! Josie is absolutely amazing. From the day we met her at the wedding fair, we knew she was perfect to bake our cake. She is soo friendly, kind and down to earth which is definitely what you need when planning a wedding!! She was kind enough to allow us to bring my sister, brother in law and niece to the cake tasting and let my little niece wild in her house. We’ve planned our wedding in st Ives but live in London and she helped us with other parts of our wedding by telling us about other suppliers etc.”
“Josie made us the most beautiful and delicious three tier wedding cake - Cornish saffron bottom tier and two lemon drizzle tiers. All covered in white chocolate ganache and decorated with hand painted and moulded bluebells. Josie was a dream to work with especially as we live 250 miles away.
