I create bespoke cakes, artisan breads and beautiful bakes for all occasions. Everything is made in my kitchen in Falmouth, using the finest local, organic and ethically sourced ingredients including creamy Trewithian Dairy butter, milk, yoghurt and cream, Doves Farm flour, St Ewe eggs and honey from Cornish bees.
